do i have to turn all lights off / disconnect battery when im checking fuses?

Thanks for responses guys... Just swapped bulbs over still happening! Maybe im not checking the fuses right? :S my dad used an avometer (sp?)

OK basically was installing an led number plate illumination light when i touched the 2 wires and managed to cause a short circuit i think as now the number plate light and left side rear light do not work! all other lights/electricals seem to be working alright! Ive checked all the fuses with...

Especially not lol.... Standard 172 ph1 alloys look good too.

Thanks, hope it doesnt come back... but if it does ill just buy a new tdc sensor (local scrappies only want £10 for it including loom!)

Update - removed the tdc sensor a few days ago it was totally corroded cleaned it up with wd40 and refitted it... working fine so far.

My current 38mm normal festoon is going in the boot :D

Managed to pick up a headlight holder from the scrappies for £1... but they only had the 1! :( Btw, i cant for the life of me get the servo to work on one of the headlights? The headlamps move freely within the diaphrams and the servo works fine itself... but once plugged together it has no...

hmm i still think you might be able to save that rear panal. buy a door from fleabay/scrappies for cheap.
