What engine mods rather then stickers and bodykits?

My car gets pretty hot when its stood in traffic If you want a car to promote oil why not get a fully stripped out track car? Rather then a brand new looking 182 etc wiht a few stickers on it, something that really puts the oil to the test?

Id have the clio over the S40 imo :P

Bucket seats are a f**king god send, went sideways, airbourne inot a lampost at about 30 in mine, nothing more then a brusied shoulder and whiplash, docs recon if i had been in ordinary seats i would have had broken arm/shoulder. They bolt to the rear seatbelt mounting points in teh floor...
