    If they are riveted on drill the rivets out, if they are stuck on pull them off, if they are screwed on unscrew them......oh and reno might have velcroed them on, that also requires pulling. Not all that hard

    Depressing the clutch

    Hang on lets think about this, the clutch consists of 2 sections a fly wheel and a friction plate, one side is connected to the engine and the other to the gearbox. When you press the clutch down it seperates these 2 plates, when itsa in nutral you havent selected a gear do its turning bugger...

    Its pretty expensive, IIRC on the energy lump the cambelt has to come off too, so thats th cost of a new cambelt and fitting, mine cost me £125, and then the cost of the water pump and fitting too, not sure what teh exchange rate is, €400 = £300? I wuld say anything up to about 200-250 is...

    Not a chance, now if you could find a block that would fit stright onot the gearbox and head of the 1.4 you have then you would be laughing, and then think about cams, headwork etc.....thats my plan, but not with a 1.4

    Mine used ot idle at about 800ishm, then went up t 1200ish, and now back down to 80 ish, and will sometimes drop below that, wouldnt worry about it

    Rip the fog lights out and use them for air feeds, much better and cheaper idea, also doesnt like a pile of w**k like it does with vents in the bonnet

    Drivers one on mine is ok, passenger is slow as fook, let to believe they are supposed to be slow, so sorta safety feature becase its the other side of the car from you
