Re: 3G ios 4 update, WTF?
I've had the same thing loads of times when trying to do updates (using 7 too) Basicly, your phone has gone into recovery mode?
The genius' I've spoke to a few times said it's because of the firewall, anti-virus and security measures interupting etc.
It's great to see Mark here responding to feedback, as has been said already, you simply don't get this with the other big shows - which is a shame.
Also, as Mark has said, it's so difficult to please everyone all the time (it's bad enough trying to keep the members of ClioSport happy! :rasp:)...
Almost missed this, I should be able to make the 4th but will we try and be flexible if it means we drum up some more interest?
Wouldn't say no to a BBQ either! :approve:

I'm happy to explain why this happened.
When we first started parking cars on the main area, there was a coned off area by the main road that was the access road for Meganesport. After some time, it was quite clear that Meganesport no-longer needed to use this to get onto their stand. After...
One thing that I'm already in process of sorting, is ClioSport show plates as alot of other clubs/traders had these at Fcs and on the whole they looked decent.
This is true, there isn't specific parking for clubs but Stephen Dell at the Alpine owners club does organise the infield parking on behalf of/with Renault Histoire.
Forms to attend aren't live yet, but keep checking and i'm sure they'll be on there soon. http://www.renaultalpineownersclub.com/
If it's the cup spolier with the fins on the ends, when the spoiler is removed, there is likely to be some holes left from where it was attached.
If it's the GT spoiler (more of a lip) when the spoiler is removed, it will reveal that a different tailgate is used to accomodate the spoiler, as a...
Yup, there wasn't any. But for arguments sake, you all won (but you won't be getting a trophy)
Edit: Special award goes to the member that had a hand drawn cs car pass :approve:
But what makes us so special that would convince them to allow us to do that over letting a different club do it. There would also need to be a cost involved because we would be using valuable time that could be track sessions.
Remember to buy your entry tickets from the Cliosport shop if you want to get on the stand as you won't get a car pass if you buy from the organisers. Track time - you have no option but to buy from the organisers though.
As has been said, something like this what atempted by the area reps a couple of years ago. BUT, times change and there's more members now so potential for more uptake.
Let's see what happens, but try and keep things realistic.

Some say it's better than Fcs, but attedance numbers don't dictate this, however, we are getting a bigger turn out year after year so more people are taking to Trax.
Basicly like Fcs with a wider variety of cars and more to see and do.
Trax will be at Silverstone again this year, on Sunday 5th September.
Tickets are now available to purchase from the ClioSport shop, at slightly reduced prices compared to the gate price on the day.

Yup, that bit round the side almost becomes a different stand and detached from the main section. But, the organisers must have a nightmare job trying to fit everyone in.
I spoke to some of the megane guys and one thing that was mentioned was that we always get a bigger/decent pitch.
Andrea...
Yup, I remember who you were, I was wearing the white polo shirt..
I'm sure myself or kirsty offered you a flump, as you must have visited 2 or 3 times :approve:
Edit: I thought you talked quite posh for a londoner too!
