1... its only 3gb on the highest packaged.. 700mb on mine, and even less on the lower package.
2... whos to say how we should use our internet? if you pay for unlimited, thats what you should expect. I know no one truely does unlimited... but i mean.. come on... NTL never had this...

Well, its 700mb between 4pm and 12am... as soon as I reach that, limited to a measley 2mb (and the net is buggy and generally too slow!). With 4 computers in the house, it doesnt take long to reach 700mb of download.

I have valid reasons!
- They introduced a crappy download cap
- My internet is always slow
- I always get disconnected from online games
- The speeds are unpredictable and unreliable
- Im unhappy with the recent downtime.

With instructions on what i should say and who to speak to if i wanna get upgraded free to the XL BB package.. because ever since they took over NTL its been w**k service and poor connection.

hmm same here... never given me any problems.
Try unplugging any extra USB things that you dont need. whenever i leave my ipod plugged in when booting, my pc takes an extra 30 seconds on the same screen your getting stuck on... just a thought.
Well I was considering doing them myself, but maybe sending them to you for a more "professional" finish would be a better idea. Let me know a rough quote (pm ideally) for all bump strips, ill look into the cost of postage and see if the total cost is worth it.
