Re: Road/Track 172 Nope it hasn't moved from the front of my house in over 2months, I tried to get a space for the last track night but was too late. I hope to try and get out on the 21st, but ideally could do with either getting my front GAZ rebuilt or some new suspension.

Might dust off the Clio for this it hasn't moved in months and tax runs out in oct, could really do with front shocks before then.

Looks good out on track Gaz,I phoned up about a couple of spaces for last night but it had sold out by the time I heard about it. Last time I weighed my stripped cup it was 957kg , im hoping for around 900 now.

Leaxan windows,carbon bonnet, gutted tailgate, fg doors, was 957kg before these mods.

One of mine during its recent diet aiming for 900kg and one finished ready for track again.

Re: Road/Track 172 Throw is about the same as standard but without the normal play, the actual position is a lot closer to the wheels and feels loads better to use.

I rate them for build quality and the ride they give, was just interested in people's experiences on clios, as I know some of the other brands like gaz can be ok on other cars but the Clio kits are known for failing.

Has anyone tried these yet on track . I run them on my focus RS and have to say I really rate them for the money, they give a better ride that some of the coilovers i had costing 3 times as much. One of my fron Gaz shocks is really needing a rebuild so thought i might give these a try as they...

Re: Road/Track 172 I did the inside an out and the base and colour coats wernt bad but have a couple o runs on the laqure. I got the paint from spray store and they advised put a blue base/ coloured primer over the white or it would end up too light.

Re: Road/Track 172 I just drilled the holes in the outer skin for the 3 original screw fixings and took off all the electrics, I did have to cut off a couple of locating dowels to save drilling more holes in the door than needed
