I think £45 p/m for 128Gb and insurance included... I then told her there was no point in getting the 128Gb version now I have my NAS drive up and running, and it'll be covered under our home insurance policy! I wish she'd ask me before tech purchases lol. O2 refresh by the way.
Exactly all the bits I have on mine 🤑 makes the car a lot more fun... just about to sell mine, but I'll definitely miss the sounds from the supercharger and Milltek.
Missus just ordered an iPhone 11 today. She's been away from Apple for 8 years! So will be interesting to see what she thinks now. 3 year contract though... told her I would have personally waited until the iPhone redesign in October, but hey ho.
Bought a new car just before lockdown and it's been sat on the drive ever since. I've noticed it doesn't smell great inside, not like terrible but stale... anyway the other day I lifted some trim and think I've found the issue. A load of old tobacco dotted around 😬
Obviously needs a good...
Same boat as my missus, ready to upgrade her P20 Pro. I told her to look at iPhone SE2 but she said she couldn't go to a smaller screen now... was about to pull the trigger on the iPhone 11 then she realised it doesn't come with AirPods, only EarPods :D whoops.
She got annoyed and hasn't spoken...
I had a yellow GT3. Worst car I ever owned 🤫 it was quite fun when it worked properly, which was about 12% of the time. Think I only lasted 6 months before f**king it off!
First: Honda CRX
Current: Astra VXR (I do have a Mini Cooper S too, but bought the Astra more recently)
Most missed: Renault 5 GT Turbo (seem quite popular in this thread!)
I have everything I need for after the 'wash' stage but usually I just blast it with the jetwash first before starting anything else - Therefore I'm looking to replace that stage. I'm talking about things like 2 bucket method? Grit catchers? Something better than a £1 sponge?
Don't want to...
So my car is completely filthy. Doesn't look like I'll be getting out to the local jetwash any time soon... I do have a home one at my mums, but as she's over 70 I'm not entering her house. I don't really have any alternatives other than going old skool and attacking it with a bucket and sponge...
I believe they're at least freezing monthly payments for a bit aren't they? That would wind me up even more, at least mine's bought and that's that. Although saying that, I'm losing tax money as the DVLA won't let me SORN it until I receive the new V5 🙄
I bought a new car at the worst possible time... week before the lockdown. I can't drive it until I sell my current car, but don't see any point in putting it up for sale now, so it's just got to sit on the drive for 6 months or whatever. Also annoying as the garage put 12 months MOT on it...
Saw the new Puma today, actually looks slightly better in the flesh I must say. Plus grey worked better for it than the blue I've seen online. Front pretty gash, but I could live with the rest.
Been keeping an eye on these for years now! As I test drove one a long time ago, but couldn't get it for the price I wanted... it's on my list of possible upgrades this year but the prices have definitely been creeping up over the past 12-18 months. Was loads of 2006/2007 ones around £3,500 and...
