In the summer edition of the worx they show hub adaptors that let you convert from 4 to 5 stud.
Hope this solves your problem, although now you have a new one - where to get them from, in the worx they dont specify a manufacturer, you could try ringing haynes on 01963 442035, or vist their...
From Haynes Clio modding guide: - Sand down around the edges of the hole to get then ready for welding. Put a piece of cardboard inside the door and mark out the shape of the hole on it, then use this to make a metal plug that will fit to the hole. Weld this in. Grind the welds down with a...
I would have thought that at the end of the day all you woudl need is a 75mm M10 bolt. Dont quote me on that, not sure if it has to be up to a certain spec what with holding the suspension. Either that or a reno dealer/local garage might have one floating about.
I heard that bodyshops have a method that involves mixing a precise amount of paint with laquer and applying it in a very fine mist to the light lenses.
OTT???
My theory is if ur gonna spend over £1k getting a body kit and getting it sprayed then you want something that looks LIE a bodykit, not just slightly different from the O/E bumpers.
I think it looks wicked m8.
With mine they worked one way around, but not the other, cant remember on mine which was which, but shoud say on speakers.
As for joining the cables up, its a case of cutting the plug off and either connecting on teh end of the wire wiht spade connectors, or just buy the corretc size spade...
Subframes are the bits that go between the seats and the car floor, the bits that slide ackwards and forwards.
If you buy tailor made subframes to go wiht the seats they it should just be a case of undoing the four bolts that hold the seat in, takeing the old ones out and bolting the new ones...
no need to do that m8, u can get a replacement key.
There will be a number on the ignition, if u take the ignition or number to a renault dealer they will be able to order u a replacement key from that number. This will be cheaper then replacing the filler cap and ignition. Think it costs...

Here are images of how i did my wires, i know it looks sh*te and tacky, but if you get a rubber bit then u have to actually connect it to the...
From reading the clio modding guide, if u already have cable runnig to teh doors there are usually a few unsed cables that u can tap into and run through to the door, if ur going for quanity speaker cable then the best bet woudl be wot i did (as i have a basic model and no electrics in doors)...
I would check all the connections, and make sure the insulationon the cable aint rubbed off and thet cable aint grounding on the car body, not knowing much about amps that all i can think that it is.
I orignally had my insurence with Diect Line, got some alloys, rang em upa dn told em - "sorry we wont insure u wiht alloys on ur car if ur under 21" If i quoted my responce to this i think i would be banned from the forums for life, lets just say i wasnt pleased.
I was now in the position of...
Yeah not quite sure how much truth is in what i was told, i was told that by a halford machanic (at the Startford-upon-Avon store), either way it soulds like im gonna have to get it done by a pro, i can do most things, but i know f**k all about engines and related bits.
Im sure that cobra have a guarentee that if thier sub frames dont fit without any moddifications they will fit them at their factory for free. It sez that in the Demon Tweeks catalogue.
Mine doesnt have one as standard, so when i get one i actualy have to have a sender unit fitted to the engine (Expensive :( ), if u already have one fitted all you have to do is connect the new one up to the two wired behind the existign rev counter.
In the cold mornings when i used to start the car up and put the blowers on to help melt the ice while i scraped it off, this made the windscreen mist up and hence freeze, so i now have to turn the blower right off, or i litrally get water dripping onto the dash when the ice melts.
