yes, original dealer plates, and both in very good condition. I love the font, if it were mine I'd keep them on there forever, I was gutted when I broke the originals on my 205 gti and lost the early 90s look

won't be the sump unless it has a crack, it will be the the rear main bearing cap leaking at the edges
they're pretty oddly mismatched as standard, and there's some very odd casting shapes going on. Definitely worthwhile. 10bhp is optomistic for sure though
if you have used decent assembly lubes, then you'll be ok for a good 15-20 seconds before any bearing damage. It should only take 2-3 seconds after starting to get pressure. But I think you'll be ok with the cooler removed, so try that first
I've had a few engines refuse to build pressure until running in the past. under cranking they're only doing about 3-400rpm usually.
Oil cooler could be exacerbating the issue. Take it out of the equation, it's just more to fill and pressurise.
Megane injectors are ideal because of their spray pattern and fantastic atomisation. Injectors of the same flow rate such as pico yellows have a pencil jet spray which makes they very hard to control at lower rpm so resolution becomes an issue. With the megane ones it's not a problem
wouldn't be a lot. £10-15 i guess, i'll check out ebay and see if i can get a load of extensions to cut up for cheap. I have meters of the steel strip already
I know the one. I weighed it in. I'm just not believeing all the low prices everyone throws around are what they actually pay. Also he forgot to mention VAT to me at any point until i got the invoice with the box back, so it cost even more than i was expecting. and yes, i mean i was told a...
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
I'm reserving judgement, but it does look a bit too long in the middle. Hopefully it's a grower, I've only just started to really like the 197 styling, so this has plenty of time.
the white sealer is on the rear main bearing cap. They are a nightmare to seal proberly even with the engine inverted on a stand. Doing it in situ is a massive gamble and probably wasting your time. You'll also disturb the rear crank seal so gearbox off to do that. The rear crank seal can be...
