If anyone is interested the decat pipe fitted fine and makes the car sound like a proper rally car now. Its taken all the noise that was building up in the cat pipe and moved it to the back box.

I have tried this, i have changed the orange element behind the dials for a blue element. Still does not work because the dials them self have a orange back to them. What i need to make them work is a set off dials that has a clear back. Lights up nice in the dark with no dials on.

Got the blue plastic for the dials. This little project is starting to become a B....h. I have cut the blue plastic to the correct shape drilled holes for the needles and screws and fitted them in. Changed the bulbs to blue and switch them on ahhhhh still got a small amount of orange light...

I have attempted this!!! I have removed the dials and removed the motors that move the needles, very carefully removing the needles these can snap very easily. Removed the blue dial and unscrewed 2 screws. I found a company on the net that sales plastics I have order a blue sheet but it arrived...

Yes I have had one made; they custom make it to your cars shape. You get to choose how load you wait the exhaust to sound I went for medium and it is still very load. You also get to choose which tail pipe you want (loads of different styles). It takes a couple of months to settle down before...
