I don't get all this loading screen stuff. Mine lasts around 10 seconds at the most, and sometimes 4 or 5 seconds.

Just got the Ratslayer unique weapon in Broc Flower Cave. It's bloody good! It's a Varmint rifle fully modded with scope, silencer and night vision. Awesome for long range manual pop shots. I got out of the cave and took down two Bighorn's both with one shot from miles away. Excellent weapon.

I'm at Level 20. Really should be at around L16 but for that 5000 XP hike from a mini quest. I've genuinely done very little. Nowhere near the Strip and have been doing side quests rather than the main quest. Got a quite a few locations marked down or map markers noted from talking to folk and...

Yeah presume so. I picked up some combat armour from a fallen Viper member (just a random gal with plasma grenade) and it was worth 2.3k caps! Also, how awesome is it going into VATS and targeting a grenade or dynamite in the enemy's hand? Lol. Bits of them go everywhere :cool:

Boone is a machine. We were surrounded by about 6 Viper gang members, I came out of VATS to reload and by the time I'd sorted it Boone had wiped them all out! All of them!! LOL. There's also a unique Gauss Rifle with 400 damage points. Apparently Boone likes a bit of that gun. Need to find it.

I just completely a mini quest within the ED-E side quest, and got a reward of 5,000 XP. Lol! Bug ahoy. Got to level up about 3 times. Meh. Anyone got the Q-35 Plasma Rifle? I need to increase my energy weapon skills, I think. It's decent, but with a valuation of 3000 it should be better...

Only another 8 months to wait! ;)

Just thought I'd put this up for those who love these kind of games. I can't justify paying out for a keyboard and the other instruments, but even with that in mind, it's getting some bloody good reviews. Eurogamer 10/10, for a start...

Hasn't been getting the reviews people expected of it.

I say armour. I shot at the f*cker with VATS and the little armour icon appeared next to it's health. I should really have gone for its legs, as thats the best option when being chased, but I went for a headshot with a pea shooter. Not wise.

Well, the blind deathclaws have armour so my Vermin rifle did f*ck all. PMSL. Being at level 2 and trying to take one on in a vault suit was not going to end well...

There's a couple of Blind Deathclaws near the mountains if you try to go directly East from the NCR Correctional Facility to Novac, instead of using the road south and then back round. Staying still did f*ck all. Two swipes and I was dead.

Yeah that's why I've gone down the good karma route first time around. I'd end up regretting killing somebody who has rewards to offer. I've got a few save files going on.
