I was thinking about going soon, but it just doesn't seem like a good idea tbh. The spread of speed/car/ability is too diverse. I'd rather pay for a track day there, expensive but worth it.

The car dealer says it's a good deal. Other's don't. I'm going with the bald buddha tbh.;)

Recaros are a no. Yellow. WTF. Standard are good enough, might bung a fixed Porsche gt3 seat in the drivers side.

None of the hatches made are attractive (except maybe the 197). But none are offensive. The 200 is a visual assault. Vomit worthy. I hope to never catch a reflection when mine arrives ;).

Yes fella, basically saying that the cup skips on bumpy roads, the non-cup job doesn't. Not sure I could live with the steering if it's the same as the 197 though, the quicker rack sounds good.

Punjabi h'actually. Cnut. They were all moaning at the ride in the 200cup, said the 200 was nicer on b-roads, cup would be the better bet on track. But the basic 200 doesn't get the quicker rack. Must drive both before commiting to spec.

I've spoken to a few people that have driven them, they all reckon the basic 200 is a better car if not tracking it. Need to try both, as I think track days are behind me.

Does anyone have any experience of these? Looking at one for the wife.

Had a blast in a few (golf mk5/6 gti, r26 etc). Can't match the responsiveness of NA, flip side being epic torque/tuning. I'm always worried about turbo's going pop on track after seeing a FRS implode a few yrs back.

I imagine the 250 is more capable, but I just don't find turbo's as enjoyable.

How will they know? Swapping seats is a 1/2 hour job, just put the original back in come service time.
