no, nothing to do with getting rid of the heat; it actually is a little man hitting the exhaust with a hammer. I caught mine and Ive now forced him to live in the boot as a punishment. But I still get the same noise after a long run even if hes safely locked away in the boot. Which is odd. ;) g
