The 98ron map idles at 1100rpm on cold start, then drops to 950 when up to temp, the other way of checking is seeing where your rev limiter is in each gear, but the idle test is less stressful on the engine. As for manually adjusting the idle, this thread is the first time i've ever heard it...

If you've got the 98ron map it should be idling at 950 when warm not 850, plus it should have sorted out the lumpy idle, i've got exactly the same mods as you and mine's smooth as silk. (relatively speaking)

Seriously mate that's nothing, Daniel and a few others have seen me puke myself inside out to the point I need to be carried to my tent, to me it only felt like a mouthful which is why it barely registered, it did make me feel like a new man afterwards which is why I just poured another drink.
