Can I ask why it HAS to be on the rollers? You can road map perfectly well with a good datalogging system, and that way you also Map for the air flow and load the car actually sees during driving. I road map all of mine and never had any issues.
I'd go to a reputable tuner. I've had a few in now where people's 'mates' have mapped them and they've been attrocious.
These engines are quite difficult to get right. Certainly unlike stuff like the zetec engine where you can bang loads of advance in and still not get det, where these engines...
From what you've said, that doesn't sound like Dephaser. Opposite infact. My betting is something like a loose AUX bracket or fuel rail guard. Pop a video up and it'll help us a lot.
