My Snappy re trimmed Clio Trophy steering wheel

I think it's something to do with the camera ?? I've seen lots of posts where the airbag didn't match the snappy steering wheel exactly , but in the flesh Its supposed to be a better match , according to the people who posted the pics .

    Car mats

I had them in the car from new , they didn't last , same as the justmatz which in the group buy were £65 . To be honest the ebay cheapos have been as good . I'm tempted to give the top of the range ones from carmatsworld a try , they're alot cheaper than Renault oem ones . I just wondered if...

My Snappy re trimmed Clio Trophy steering wheel

Love it , looks really good that mate . It's on my to do list of tidying up my 182 this year . One thing I would say to the OP though is . Get a carbon fibre steering wheel insert to match your dash trims , then It's job done . You've got too many colours going on imo with the carbon fibre dash...

    Car mats

Anybody have any experiences of this company www.carmatworld.co.uk ? Prices looks good . Only £33.71 delivered for their top of the range mats . I've had Renaults original mats when the car was new , had some what I think were very expensive mats from the justmatz group buy a few years ago and...

    Polishing glass/removing scratches from glass

I spent a couple of hours on a scratch using a polishing pad , and both the fine and coarse cerium oxide . That was on a scratch that wasn't deep , but more wide caused by the windscreen wiper . We use 10mm plate glass at work , and years ago we used to use Jewellers rouge ( Iron Oxide ) but...

    Polishing glass/removing scratches from glass

Cerium oxided doesn't work . I've tried the fine paste and coarse paste . It made no difference whatsoever . To the OP , if the scratches are that bad that they bother you try and blag a new windscreen .

    Anybody ever fitted these? *Powerflex*

Your feeling is correct . People seem to have used the EXH008 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161053133767?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

    need a new exhaust

I'd go for tried and tested exhausts like Yozza sport exhausts ( Not sure if they still make them anymore ) Fred at BTM used to sell them , like rocking horse s**t 2nd hand . I have one and can't complain , some people say they are a bit loud though . Or the newer BTM exhaust , that's Fred again...

Haha , £350 is pretty cheap looking at the results from the OP's pics . I wonder what the durability would be like on wheels with the hot brake dust ?

    The New Phone Thread

I've just got a Z3 on Saturday , coming from a Samsung Galaxy S3 . The battery on the Z3 is fantastic . I got 30 hours before it dropped to 6% , thats using Sat Nav , leaving the wifi and data turned on , lots of surfing on the internet and phone use . I couldn't be happier . Feels alot...

anyone know the history of this 182? potentially buying

Just bide your time mate , something good will probably come up when you least expect it . Personally i wouldn't want to buy a car then have to sort out a cracked windscreen and the service light on . The service light might be something and nothing , but It's gonna cost you to find that out...

    xenon problem

Sometimes they would flicker , sometimes only one would come on and sometimes they would both come on then one go out . I couldn't say if it's anything to do with any relays down by the glove box . I didn't experience that myself .

    xenon problem

I can only go off my experience . Sometimes they would come on then go out , other times only one would come on , but turning off and on again they would come on . Mine were going slightly pink , they were the original Xenon bulbs , about 8 years old so i just changed them and everything is fine...

Would somebody mind posting pictures of Mk2 and Mk3 Clio OBD2 Ports?

No problem . I never reallised just how dirty it was around my ashtray lol . I'd be interested in seeing your " Torque " write up . I have it on my phone , but never really used it other than to check out a fault code .
