Got a new trackrod end today, But im not sure if its the right one. I attacted a picture of the new one (Left) and old one (right). Will the new one (left) fit??
I fucked it up :-) I angel grinded it but went too far in and cut the thread of the bolt. So I’m going have to change the track rod end. What’s the best way to get the tracking right?
Yes that’s how I learnt to do it with a jack. I jacked it to the max of my jack 2day it didn’t work I will give it another try tomorrow if it still don’t work its angel grinder time.
Taking the NS Front Hub off to get the wheel bearing changed all the nuts have come off apart from the one that holds the track rod end to the hub.
Any idea how to get this off. It’s just spinning the whole thing. I put the jack under it to try push it up but it still turns the whole thing.
Instead of a Muiltimeter can i use a power cap with voltage display ??
Came with the car. I belive its got halfords on the side so its not the standard one. (But i could be wrong)
