There's only 1 engine mount, the upper one you can see from under the bonnet.
There's 2 on the gearbox side, only the upper you need to change which is under the battery.
The lower gearbox mount only supports the gearbox.
It's easy mate, you need to put a bit of wood on the jack and lift the engine up a little on the sump.
When you've got the car on stands to do the oil change.
Just order one from you local Renault bud, they have a build in washer.
I can't remember if they are 10mm spanner size or 11mm? if it is one or the other then it will be M6, i know the stud its attached to is M8

Looks like they have taken the bungs out then covered them with sealant because they didn't have new ones to fit.
Once they are removed then they shouldn't go back in.
No mate, its just a little bit back, towards the rear of the car.
If your removing the exhaust and shield it will be easy.
Thinking about it im sure i removed the heat shield fixings to gain access.
