End of the day mate its not your problem, the engine build became a joke and I hope that the problems get sorted with as less hassle and inconvenience to yourself as possible.

So yesterday i took the car to have the front camber and tracking done/checked after fitting the Bilstein's. The cambers where spot on and the tracking was in spec but not...
You could try taking it off and cleaning up the mating face of the cat and fit it back.
Thing is though that it's not the best job to do.
Id rather take it off and fit a new kit.
Id say that's going to be your problem.
The old one has spent years in one position and the 2 part's have worn in together.
You have now taken it to bit's and fitted a cat that doesn't mate with the old gasket.
