I don't think John will be able to do that for you mate. As i said, you are best off giving him a call. Failing that Lepsons in Kent maybe able to help you out. Do not go to Spit & Polish, they messed up my other set of F1's.

Id say over revving on the down shift? Its broke the ARP rod bolts.

Hi mate, interested in the car for my wife as we need a new family bus. Is the arch the only bit of damage?

If your car is standard then id just buy a s/hand RS tuner from here and do it yourself. There is no point in paying for a custom map on a standard engine, waste of money. If your car isn't standard (cams etc) then id only go to Paul @ RS Tuning in leeds.
