The all blue painted looks a bit like a cheap replica bumper off ebay, the new one looks alot better.:)

Just a few things that stand out

I would expect a phone call to be honest, but in emails things like course programmes that don't make sense, you'd just say you were workng or on a course there.

Like you said, you wouldn't pay over £700 for one, and you will get a sh!t rust bucket with moon mileage for that. Pay the 1.5-2K mark and you will get a mint restored car with alot of history. These mint cars are rare and that is why you pay the premium. Supply and Demand.
