I don't think 7.5k is an unrealistic price for a good 182 . Maybe alot of people over value theirs when they try to sell them on autotrader , not realising just how much the depreciate in such a short space of time .
Keep on searching Dean . I'm sure you'll come up trumps soon .
Alright mate . First time i've seen ya in Darwen . Sorry about the balding bit , couldn't see you proper as the light was reflecting off your car so much , lol . And at least i said about 30ish ;)
My insurance company asked the same , was for a full system though . I just told them the guys at Powerflow said no more than 2 bhp . They seemed fine with that , lol .
Or even turtle wax " wax it wet " ?? I bet it's the same stuff , all polymer based no actual wax . £4.95 from Tescos , last and beads water for ages ;)
Yeah its cheap if it works . The cables are around 70 odd quid iirc from Renault and i saw someone mention the other day the brackets are about 8 quid . The cables very rarely come up for sale though . Just got to keep an eye out on here and ebay for one .
I changed mine at 4k , i kept getting the low oil light on the dash and needed to top it up a couple of times . Changed for silkolene and never had a problem since :)
http://www.mytyres.co.uk/ is usually the cheapest and fast delivery £79.80 delivered . Then you need to get them fitted . I got mine fitted locally at 5 quid a corner :)
I wouldn't bother with the apollo tbh mate . They are just a universal filter . I had one on my 182 and it lost power so i sold it on ebay for more than i paid for it ;)
The surface area of the filter is smaller than the surface area of the original panel filter , the engine lost the 5k kick .
Ask about the service hsitory , any receipts for any work that might have been carried out . Check the new tyres on the front aren't billy budget ones , you don't want to be finding yourself in a ditch  . Also check the rear tyres , if there's not much tread left you'll be looking at around...
Course you can . Its just an image of whatever it maybe , usually a film .
You need to burn it as an image file mate .

Like Maz said . Don't be too desparate to buy one just cos it seems like there are no good ones about . If your not 100% sure about the car when you view it walk away . A good un will come up for sale eventually . Its easy to let desparation cloud your judgement . If you can ,take mate with ya...
Good luck Dean . The key is don't seem too over enthusiastic when you go and view it . Always try and find some kind of fault , if it has no alarm , the small dent etc .... If he's desparate to sell he might knock a couple of hundred more off ;)
He's trying to take his wheels off . Chances are the place you had your last tyres fitted over tightened them with an air gun or impact wrench . Set the torque wrench to a high setting until you crack the nuts open . Then set the wrench at 90 Nm for reffiting your bolts and the jobs a good un ...
Justmatz are top quality mats . The original Renault ones i had from new in my 172 and 182 wore holes where my heel goes after a couple of weeks ( note to myself to stop wearing womens shoes , lol ) The just matz are around 12 months old now and still in good condition with no holes , they just...
It covers most things common on clios , bodywork , interior etc .Brakes are pretty much the same on all french cars , calipers , pads etc . Only thing it doesn't cover is the engine , gearbox .....
I'm on my second import , the first being a 172 , i had an aftermarket alarm fitted and renualt locking wheel nuts and sold it on autotrader for the same price as so called " UK " models .
My 182 is from motorpoint . Full 3 year Renault warranty and full 3 year AA assist ;) Toad aftermarket...
^^^ Paintings painting mate . Not rocket science , lol . Just make sure you give them a good clean first . I used these wire brushes in a drill , you can buy them in pound shops as well . Imo it's easier if you have the calipers off , but then again i have a spare set ...
If you've had 2 powerflow systems , you must have liked the first one to buy a second one ??
I think it's all down to the outlet you get your system from and how good the guys are . I've seen loads of posts slating powerflow . But my experience of them is a good one , well built exhaust ...
What a load of b****cks that grit gurad is . All the crap off your wash mitt will be floating around in the water as microscopic patricles . Just use the 2 bucket method . As said above , a couple of quid for a couple of builders buckets . Thats all you need .
Best thing to do if your gonna modify anything or colour code anything is get a spare set , then you can always revert back to standard when it comes time to sell imo .
