Im in Tilbury mate.

Its only the lower that's stamp RS and the ports are larger. I bought a RS lower and got Andrew to port it some more to match the head. On mine I did notice a difference but as I said the Ph1 172 dose have very small port's as standard.

Tb makes no difference. Ive just had the one's on my ph1 done because the ph1 inlets have small port's. Andrew ALD is doing mine along with porting ny head.

Yes they do and you can order different springs for track use.

Sub frame off or engine out, if you are paying someone then its not worth it. If you are going to fit cams at a later date then it helps with the toque.

The manifold ive got hasn't got any dents in it. Im guessing it won't hit my subframe? Once my head comes back ill fit it using the old gasket and bolts, fit the manifold to the head and have a look. Its no show car mate. But thanks very much for your comment Rob. :o

Nice hoses ;) Make sure all of the hose clips face the same way when you fit them. I have a feeling you will. :)
