they indeed are from johnathan, top bloke, made everything very easy. well only just looking at the bottom pic there, it looks like i only need to remove a bolt and the pre-tensioners will come off, if thats the case thats what i will do that

Put key in ignition and switch on but don't start the car. Press and hold your in-dash door lock button until it beeps (twice I believe!) *** Now with the key still in the ignition, press key as you would to lock/unlock the car. This should re-synch it, try it a few times to make sure. Repeat...

key 2 does have the little bit pictured firmly attached, will attempt re-syncing on key 1 tomorrow and possibly key 2 also

that would be on the second key, i will pop it open and see, what about key 1
