Looks great Kenny, Cant wait to see progress and the completed car :)
PS Mode racewear sent that seat really quickly and received it the following day but unfortunately it was 3 years old so the FIA only had two years to run but they are sorting out a brand new one from Sabelt in Italy so in...
I can't say I have looked at the tips to be fair as its more function over form for me but with have a quick look. I'm not too sure about price/ weight for the normal one as they are making mine to a certain spec so I think its costing more but will be lighter than there standard one! I think...
I don't know where you can buy them from but would be interested if they still do them. I am currently planning on going with BTB though as they seem like a great exhaust have you looked at them?
I had a feeling you were going to say that as I can only think of them and kwik fit that have tracking equipment but I doubted you would of taken it to kwikfit ;)! Normally Andy is really good, all our family take our cars there and they are normally really good so I hope they have solved the...
I never use any chemicals especially things as strong as tardis etc, I just get a corner of the film off using heat gun, peel all off and then blade and soapy water sprayed on and it has always worked perfectly :)
Hi :) Okay well i'm afraid i am unsure how it would work with runners :s! If you are interested and ever near Leeds then you can pop by try them out even fit them and if you don't like them then no worries! I only have a picture of the seat out of the car but even when its fitted mine won't be...
I think they are but i'm sure the OP can confirm, this is a link to them at the site I bought my Taurus seats from they were very quick and helpful! http://www.moderacewear.co.uk/titan-fibreglass.html. 2.5k for the one's in the Megane because they are carbon!
When you say moveable do you mean runners or spanners? ;) If you mean spanners then I would go with one of the Sabelt seats and mount them on a set of Sabelt extra long side mounts which give a really adjustable high/low close to the wheel or far back and mount onto the original seat rails in...
Your car looks great and I will be interested to see what you think to the Miltek I always wanted to fit one to mine but too late now as I'm selling it tomorrow after owning it from new four years ago :(! It has been the best car we have ever owned not because of anything in particular but as an...
I would go for the Bilstein set of coilovers which drive really well and as everyone has said get them properly set up by someone who knows clio's well. If fred does geo and setup then he is close to you and has a great reputation if not then I would be prepared to travel as if done properly the...
Re: Clio 172 Cup Project!!
First time I have seen this thread, your car looks great and I love what you have done with it and sensibly modified it with the Bilstien's and rs2 etc. I hope you get it fitted okay they do seem fairly easy to fit from what Tom said to me in the past just access is a...
