I'd take it back and let him sort it out . It was his job initially so his job to sort out any problems . I'm not sure what your problem with the brake dust on the wheels is ? Did he do some work on your wheels as well ??

Its the fuel rail cover mate . Nothing to worry about . There are 2 10mm bolts on the front that will have come loose , just tighten them up . Sorry for whoevers pic i've nicked lol ;)

I used some pledge on a hire car in Menorca last year . I scratched it to fcuk all down one side taking it down a dirt track full of over hanging trees , worked a treat , lol ;) Saved me forking out for any damage when i handed it back :eek:

Still think it sounds weird just because its near the wear indicator . Your best bet is phone your insurance company first , get their advice on fitting wider tyres .

Sounds a bit dodgy to me mate . The wear indicator is on the outside of the tyre , in the tread . The repair is made on the inside of the tyre , its just a rubber patch . The only time they won't usually repair a tyre is when its gone into the sidewall of the tyre . I'd take the tyre elsewhere...

Oh right .I never realised the wheel was different . I've seen issues with the steering wheel grips as well . On my last 172 i had for just over 4 years i never had a problem , touch wood the 182's grips are ok too . I guess its down to how much your hands sweat , if its slightly acid ?? You...
