just spoken to him, it was originally up for 3.3k, he said he wasn't sure how much to put it up for, said it hasn't been driven for a few months due to the weather, he is looking for a 172 based in chard may pop down for a look, chat etc, seemed like a nice genuine bloke

its in somerset so am i i want a new car i have considered one of these again perhaps i should give him a call

well been down a mates garage tonight, 1 is a sprayer the other a mechanic so best of both worlds. now know what i need New front bumper Arch liners new radiator new air con radiator then the air con needs redoing so its going to be a fair old whack............ think i have decided though...
