I have a mesh system. Even with a mesh point on the right hand gate post, the ring on the left hand gate post, says it’s only just got enough signal. I do get Wi-Fi in most of the village now though lol

I've got one of the wired Ring ones. Its great tbh. Needs a strong WIFI signal though! Also it says it needs a AC feed, mines running fine off the 10v DC my gate controller gives out!

I've got a Hikvision set up. £60 4 channel DVR. Random 2tb HD I had, and 4 HD colour cams. They are ok but better than nothing. Recording at higher res is a killer for framerate though.

Also the ban is on pure ICE not hybrids with an ICE element. So ICE will live on for a fair old time.
