Ok good. Heat marks are usual on a flywheel anyway from everyone I've ever changed. Ask to know the 'run out' of the flywheel and then check yourself if its within tolerance.

Are you running sport wishbones?

Your correct, you are seeing too much drain. Do the same and remove the fuses 1 at a time in the cabin and see if it changes.
