    To be honest mate i'd stick with your valver . Like you say you've had trouble free motoring for the past 9 months . You'd be pretty p*ssed off if you got rid of the valver and bought a Williams and then you had to start throwing shed loads of money at it .

    I'd get back onto Renault mate , 11400 miles is f*ck all , especially on a cup . I'd go and see em rather than phone though so they can't try and fob you off . Sounds like the material could be defective , my 172's pads lasted nearly 40,000 miles .

    I'd give the vinegar n newspaper a try if i was you . Then give it a coat of AG super resin polish afterwards , i do my windows with super resin after i've polished the car , always comes up a treat :)

    When you put the card in the sd slot , did you click on all the removable hard drives : F,G,H,I,J,K ? I have a card reader , but mines a usb one . I just plugged it in , detected it all the removable drives appeared but i had to click each one to find which was the sd card on . Mine was on...

    You sure the slot is for an SD card not an MMC card ? The SD card has one extra pin on it , but your reader " should " detect both really Don't you have a lead for your phone to your pc ??

    It depends whether you insurance company require a Cat 1 alarm , some are fussy and will insist that it is Cat 1 . Cat 1 alarms should be fitted by an authorised fitter .

    Just make sure the surface is completely , clean , no grease and dry before you respray . A good wash down helps to remove all the crap . You might find some good tips on here : http://www.autopia-carcare.com/realwhda.html

    Is the black painting flaking off ? If not just a quick rub down with some 320 grit wet n dry should be ok . Then spray the new colur and lacquer.
