Looks as though some wet and dry would sort that tbh if its stainless steel. Start with some 1500 and see how it goes, if 1500 does not touch it then try 1000 then work up until you can polish it up.

Yes the pearl is just the "affect" some painters think the more pearl you put on the better the affect/flip but all it does is make the paint look dirty. Gally, when we painted a white porsche turbo we had to fit the bumpers and panels, kind of do a dry build and paint the car that way so it...

I have PA but ive used AF Soul in the passed, this time i wanted to try something different which has worked quite well....:approve: ​I also bought AF Tough coat and C2V3 but i have not used these yet.

After using Tripple and a white pad, was not waxed at this point. Thanks alot guys for the comments. :)

Id love a SC after seeing the cars at CSS, don't think i can justify 10k though. I don't look at what my cars worth as its my hobbie. If we did then i dont think any of us would carry out any mods to our little tin boxes. :)

Re: My PH1 172 Well after doing alot of work on the Clio i also bought a Cup spoiler, so it was off to Chris @ Autocrash for it to be painted. Not the best pict as it was getting dark. I then set about getting the car ready for CSS, i cleaned under the wheel arches. Waxed wheels using AF...

Metallic paint can change shade by painting with a different air pressure at the gun, lay it on wet and the metallic lays flat giving a darker shade. Lay it on dry and the metallic stands up giving a lighter shade, we used to do a "drop coat" to stop "ghosting/cloudy" in light blues/slivers and...

We all had a epic time, well apart from Jardhasnobreath. FCS just wont be the same, the same group wont be there....
