Set about the PMS tonight. After realising what an utter f**k taking it off and repressing the bearing would be. I decided to try to lube the thing up as all the joints were dry. 70% improvement straight away. So I’ll save the bearing till another day. Probably when I fit a Sport cat.

Got sorted with Greenlight in the end.

New bearing for the PMS is here. Will try to get that on this weekend. Also I found some push button quick release clips that I'll use to make the bumper removable. I'll need to fix the splitter back on too!

I will be, but it’s nice to test stuff on the road every now and again. Paying over £600 for cover with 5 track days is a joke. The Westie with 5 trackdays was £310 with garanteed value of £20k on the car with a £1000 excess. Sadly the provider for that won’t cover Clio’s!

Who do you all use? Mines quite modified with a super charger etc. Flux quoted £350 but now won’t honour it due to me wanting to add track days on. Green light could do sub £400 if I’d owned the car for more than a year which makes no sense! I don’t really want to pay more than my main car...

Already ordered a new bearing as it pissed me off when packing it of the trailer! Next job will be making the bumper quick release so I can take it on an off rather than bringing a forest worth of wood with me to get it off the trailer!
