I must've had 3/4 strong ones then. Same rollers that mine did 200 I generally see 168+-2 on a ph1. A ph1 ran 173 here then ran 187 at ktec.. So they can't be generous rollers.
That's why I can do a drive in drive out change on a cup in 6 hours ;)

Mind you, Russ made a similar mistake when he went in to sell a car and I had his car practically completely built up on ITB's lol.
You don't have to change either, the water pump is a 3 hour job if done seperatly, or 1 hour at the same time. Dephaser is highly recommended though, as its a whole new cambelt job to do if it fails just months down the line.
