I've seen one with black 182 wheels and it didn't look good. Silver or Anthracite wheels go best with Monaco.
Deal I got on it is looking even better now.
RS Tuning Stage 2 = £550
Forge Intercooler = £450
Forge Boost and Intake Hoses = £110
£1110 of work already done to it
Mine was probably still warm from drive to SRR but I didn't leave it idling before going on the rollers.
Yes. Going to do suspension, brakes, exhaust etc first though.
Gives a good power increase as shown by my car. Who need itb's or a supercharger? ;)
Stuart/Liquid Carbon reckons it's stage 1. I've contacted RS Tuning today to find out.
Hopefully it is Stage 1 otherwise I'm a bit disappointed!
I don't know I bought it like that!
All I've done to it is fit my Cliosport tax disc holder and a Mazda 3 MPS aerial LOL
I knew it had Forge hoses when I bought it but I then discovered a few weeks ago it had a Forge intercooler. Must have an RS Tuning map or similar as well.
I was 23 when I got my 172, think the insurance cost me £800.
Most 182's will be over 5 years old so should have had the belts done by now. Cambelt change is every 5 years or 72000 miles and costs ~£400 from a Renault Specialist, Renault Dealers are much more expensive.
I averaged 31mpg for...
Haha, R26 is the way forward!
I can honestly say it's better than the 172 in every way apart from fuel economy and it's not as chuckable.
Would be shame to get rid of the 182 after the work you've done though.
