I must've had 3/4 strong ones then. Same rollers that mine did 200 I generally see 168+-2 on a ph1. A ph1 ran 173 here then ran 187 at ktec.. So they can't be generous rollers.

You don't need a crane to take it out the top. It's only 37kg. I take them out the top personally, I believe Fred does too.

The non cup variants brake bias is controlled by the ABS module so it won't be that.

Last genuine kit I bought had an alignment tool with it. Yeh the box comes out the side.

Depends how old the kit is, I advise replacing the kit if its a year old should it have to come off. I don't re-use old belts.

Well, mike sold his for £1500 fitted iirc. You just need a map to run it. Mines running 200bhp, with 197 cams, decatted yozza.

You don't have to change either, the water pump is a 3 hour job if done seperatly, or 1 hour at the same time. Dephaser is highly recommended though, as its a whole new cambelt job to do if it fails just months down the line.

Iirc it's thinner but is upto standing higher temps and pressure and as such can make for a nicer change.

Tbh it sounds like you have popped it off the adjuster. But yes the white Allen key head is the adjustment
