The problem you'll have is that the standard ph2 ecu controls the throttle, so doesnt have a position sensor to be able to tell it where the throttle would be on a cable.
How ever, i've just thought of an idea that may work, but I'll talk it over with russ in the for front of getting a ph2 to...
so it'll still be the same as if it was at normal tdc then, as the cams being 180 out would be the sameas the crank having turned 360 from tdc when timed. Maybe one is 180 degrees out.
its most likely venting. car batteries arent sealed, or vrla, so they will vent acid out when they get hot. getting warm is part of the process when they discharge and charge. how hot was yours? i'd say the battery was goosed anyway.
