i am guessing you mean the heatshield in the engine bay dpn't know why it would rattle but anyway..if thats the one you are on about they have 3 bolt plate type things holding them on..one in the middle..easily visable and 2 near the bottom..you can't see them and they are a pain to get...

fatty i have a 1.8 16v... ross i also have a full magnex exhaust system and a pipercross panel filter in the oe airbox.... the thing is guys is that the car would have lost power over the years so i haven't just gained 3bhp..i have gained quite alot....to put it in perspective there were 2...

so what are we saying then...for 2wd and for 4wd...

i have heard someone say they struggled so much getting the gear knob off that they ended up only changing the cap on top as that was the only bit they really needed..
