i've had the car resprayed lol. was through the lacquer in places lol. oh and my abs light was on from the iron filings sitting on the sensor lol

urgh nice. the story is i was starting to fit the manifold, russ whent in to make a coffee, then, by the time he had made it i had the lot completly fitted lol. it was like 90 minutes later!

Just needs to learn to make coffee quicker ;)

the r5 lump is pish tbh. i'd fit a valver/williams.

long bar. 30mm socket. as for doing it back up, just tighten as much as possible, dont go mad.

My input to this, mine was doing this ever since ive had the car, i changed to a williams wide track at the weekend, so replaced the arb and wishbones, and its gone, so must have been one of those items.

you can only replace all 4 rods.
