    if you got a cable throttle one, then it'll plug in and go with the dash. already fitted. but you'll still need the uch, ecu decoder and key.

    water doesnt compress, so the piston just stops and the crank keeps moving bending the rod.

    the 1.6 bx is the better one out the lot. i had a 1.4 box on my 2.0 and it slowed it down.

    ideally just jack up the engine from the top mount, you can usually do it all like that.

    They are self tensioning, you need to get a 3/8 sump plug key or similar and this will slot in beside the said pulley twist and you'll be able to fit the belt. BTW he is very lucky! normally when the belts go/jump off they wrap them selves around the bottom pulley, and jump the cambelt!

    NGK's wont be the problem, the coils failing are very common.

    alot of movement, knocking, banging, and more wear to the other engine mounts, best get it donw while its not entirely gone.

    Nasp- Normally aspirated(N/A), so no forced induction. speak to Mini-Valver on here he is having quite an extensive build done on his 1.6 16v, he is going for 160bhp. The super 1600, is N/A. turbo, again, as you said, possible, very expensive.
