Anti-roll bar and coil overs, if you make the dampers to hard then it can make the car skitish at least with a bit of body roll you know when you are on the limit.
The spring will only compress so much due to the weight of the car thats why there is a spring pound rate.

I dont know, i just put up the companys that i would uses as i have seen all 3 work.
I would never recommend anyone whos work i have not seen and i always think its best to send the wheels away.

The 1st two are ok and there work is good but the last one is very very good, they take time and wet paint there wheels but because of this they charge more.

I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction with getting the inlets done, if its not worth paying for the gaskets i will just get the Renault ones.
