LOL, if I didnt have a clue about cars, why am I doing a few engine conversions, including a full Group N spec SR20, and a 172 conversion on my mk1 clio 16v.
Meguires just go for the chav cars now, not tidily done ones anymore.
as for your pics, if the camerea was abit better than phone...
lower it 60mm, springs and shocks ideally, but just get springs for the mean time if you cant afford them, £100-£250
not sure on tints, as for wheels get somthing like the ph1 172's that have oz f1 cups...

You didnt have to remove them fully!!! but looks good!
mines 2 notches on the bar, going one more when its passed its mot again.
Underneath, find the dog bone, then there is a black meta bracket that attaches through the gearbox, there are 2 16mm bolts that go through this, undo the dog bone, then loosen both of the bolts on the bracket, swivel it towards the front of the car, then tighten as much as possible, then...
right, well theres one on the drivers side attached to the cambelt cover, then theres the dog bone underneath, and the lower gearbox mount which bolts through the subframe, just basically a block of rubber!!
the battery tray mount is the main one for causing knocking i belive, or, you can try...
