    I use DS2500 with my grooved discs, they work well on road and haven't had any fade on track.

    Check the metal bracket under the battery, mine was snapped were it attached to the chasis and caused a metallic sounding noise.

    I've done a few cheap mods to mine. Smaller number plate, 307 splitter, toweye and shorter aerial cost me about 100 quid and make car look lots better.
