Exactly my point, why not health check sort issues and do cams at same time. No point fitting cams and mapping an unhealthy engine, pointless imo . It will just make the issues already there worse or fail sooner will it not ? you so then end up with a bill to sort them at a later date anyway...

That being the case should this have not been tested for and pointed out at time of fitting ? and/or should he not of been advised against fitting cams and mapping an engine in that condition ?
