yes. Drove a 172 at work today with the interior etc and the same mods as mine, bar an airfilter and it just didnt put you back in the seat like mine does.

what i did was, cut the bumper so its at a reasonable angle, then mount the exhaust right against it, so it melts to the shape of the exhaust.

you could cheat by whacking up your tyre pressures lol.

youve also got to consider intake length, this can have a good improvement. You dont want to move the original location, you want to keep it, and then shield it from most of the heat, and also have a cold feed for it.

I'll quite happily admit im wrong! im certain they were 35kg each lol, got me doubting myself now!
