basically in bad cases of headgasket failures, they can get so hot it warps the head.

will last ages! I'll check the trueness of the head, if its ok then it'll be just like new and wont need replacing for another 80k.

hmm, deffo sounds like a fuelling issue, check the throttle position sensor isnt stuck, map sensor, and just general connections on the engine!

its not as easy as it dave says. No you dont have to support the engine, its a bit of a b******s as the exhaust downpipe is in the way.

Could be afew things, check the map sensor, fuel lines, HT leads, and tps are all connected properly.

has to be 1.6mm across 3/4 of the tyre.

lol because he doesnt know what hes on about. basically black smoke is a sign of over fueling or the wrong mixture. Blue smoke is a sign of burning oil. and bent valves wouldt let in oil. valve stem oil seals would.

theres the problem then! the superchip needs setting up, its overfuelling.

well once ive driven for a while so expecting the oil to have warmed up, then its not quite upto temp

anything after 1400rpm lol. i very very rarely hit the limiter, hit it once or twice at the airfield when launching or powering across the line wheelspinning! but on the road, i may get caught out on the early limiter!
