There are a few non lowered cars in that area which have marks on them and afew with cracked side skirts so im going to send a few letters out to residents. Council will pay more attencion if theres loads of people with a wide range of cars complaining.

Ive got an under body air scoop leading to my green i/k. It sticks out of the sub frame at the bottom. It can act as a water scoop though lol. Can get some pics if you want.
