Cat back exhaust, decat, pannel filter in the standard air box, ECU remap that would probably take you close to the 90BHP mark.

could be a faulty coolant temperature sensor. id get it checked out, it could be making the fan come on when it doesnt need to be on.

do you have any ICE installed and were running it without the engine running? my engine does this when the batterys going flat.

i always just top mine up to the maximum mark. i use water unless its been topped up a couple of times and has been diluted, then i put some anti-freeze in it
