Yeah you can initially scrub them in against new discs for a mile or so but then you really need to stand on them and get them hot otherwise they will just feel s**t
You need to move it over 1 rib mate

I'd try and take that pulley off the impact gun. If not I think you might be able to wedge the cooling fins enough with a big screwdriver to lock it off enough so that the gun bites
As James said above, bed the pads in properly and see what they're like. If they're no different then look to see if your servo has excessive rust
I don't believe for one second that the MC will be fine as I've never seen a Clio where the MC seals weren't shagged. Check your standard lines over...
Mechanical sympathy prevents the issues with the synchros haha
That and actually changing the box oil when it should be. People seem to think it lasts for 10 years ffs
Needs painting and putting together. He has all the bits but the front suspension and front end is all apart still. No rot on the shell though as he had it repaired
My mate sold a 172 the other day for £700 that only needed a starter. If he has anything else I'll drop you a mail as he deals with Megs and Clios daily :)
Unless he wants a Valver with an F4 ;)
Yeah and sometimes the joints wear so they go all floppy too so just have a wiggle on them and check for too much play mate
You can usually tell if they have play as one part of the mech will have metal on metal scrape marks where the paint has been removed lol
Yeah that's what I did with my hand on the handbrake😂
My dad was too calm for the situation😂 He said he topped his old Polo out at 110mph on jack stands🤦♂️ Ruthless c**t
I had a 1.2 8v in once that needed the brakes cleaning up for MOT. Rather than take the wheels off and stick them on the lathe I just opted to shove 2 ramps under it and I sat at about 50mph holding my left foot on the brakes😂
After about 15 mins I had to give up because the discs started to...
I bedded mine in 30mph- 10mph then 70- 30mph x3 and then a couple of 120-30mph
Obviously it was done on track...
But I have massive brake ducts so on the road I cant get the pads hot enough unless I drove like a completely f**k-knuckle
