T40, T20, 13mm, 15mm and 17mm is all you need to take all the seatbelts out in a clio haha
Undo the bolt holding on the seatbelt, pull the door car away and the rear quarter plastic and you'll see the rest mate. Easy job

UCH will be buggered mate. Easiest thing is to find a car of the same age and buy the ECU and UCH from it and swap em over. It's cheaper than getting your UCH fixed most of the time
