looks good, but i wouldnt call it wastegate chatter if your working for a company like tdf, that noise your hearing is only refered to as wastegate chatter if you hang around at mcdonalds alot
i use mine daily and bar one totaly fucked gearbox and it had a small oil weap from the breather plate on top of the cam cover its been sweet. on 97k + and on the original clutch so i cant grumble with mine
its horses for courses, low boost sc seem to make more horse power than low boost turbos though sim torque, for me i love the way the sc car drives (ive had about 15 turbo charged cars) when driven in anger or on track. if your going to hit the drag strip tho id go turbo. best bet would be to...
i ran in a starting/charging loom, the ecu doesnt control starting so im still using the key. if you take the loom out, lable what you want to keep then cut out the rest youll find that the ecu doesnt do much anymore. i only lost my temp gauge other than that the rest of my dash didnt work
i removed the stock ecu and loom from my engine bay, going custom dash so i can still have readouts tho as i dont like having to look at lots of different guages to see whats going on
i used a helix with an oem cover, felt normal but took abuse better than the oem one, with a sc you dont need a mad clutch as it isnt that aggressive with its torque delivery. plus a clutch wont help you get the power down any better unless yours is fooked
